2017 Art Tiles Installed at Craneville

The tile project has a long history in Central Berkshire.  When walking the halls at Craneville, you can't miss the art tiles that line the walls.

Each year in Mrs. Clark's Art Classes students create designs and paint them on tiles.  Patterns are created (on graph paper) by students and submitted for a vote. The winning pattern is the design that is used to hang all of the tiles. This year's winning design was created by Landen Kiernan.  There were 88 tiles in all.

The tiles were installed by Mrs. Clark, Mr Garcia and 5th Grader Aidan Garcia and were unveiled to the public on Friday, May 12th.  Beautiful job everyone!
